Tiger Woods: Focused on the Close!

Tiger Woods is on another tier.  When he is playing like this, it almost seems like he's operating at a different level.  And you know what?  He is!

Tiger is an extraordinarily gifted athlete, but it's his mental prowess that is driving him beyond his competitors.  Phil Mickelson, his biggest rival, says, "Tiger's in another world out there," meaning his concentration, his focus, and his poise are locked into "the zone."

Tiger sets the goal, prepares with total commitment, blocks everything else out, and drives relentlessly toward the achievement.  Not a bad set of thoughts this week for us as salespeople.
