Death by Talking . . . Too Much!

Salespeople . . . PLEASE shorten those big PowerPoint presentations
 
I experienced another overlong sales presentation recently.  It could have naturally ended three or four different times and it easily could have been cut in half and had much more impact.
 
There is a saying . . . “The more we say the less they hear.”  Amen! 
 
And we should not really be presenting anyway.  We should be discussing and, most importantly of all . . . we should be listening.  The buyer will always tell us exactly what he/she wants to hear.
