Studies show that our minds are often most creative after either some time off, or after some time concentrating on something other than work.
We may think we are being more efficient by checking emails on the golf course, but research says the opposite is true.
That is, if we never get away from work, we will not perform as well when we are actually working.
So make sure to find some time to unplug . . . really unplug. You will be more productive for it in the long run.
